Calendar Coasters

Everybody uses a calendar and one of the more intriguing desktop business, advertising and promotional gifts has to be a calendar coaster; a smart use of combining two products and making an attractive desktop promotional gift.

A calendar coaster takes up very little room on a desk and is a low profile item on a desk…but like all the other class promotional gifts, always there when needed.

Usually with calendar coasters you have a choice of a six month or twelve month message and even when the calendar is exhausted the coaster seems to hang around.

You can choose from an astonishingly large variety of materials as almost anything seems to be pressed into service for this remarkable desktop advertising and promotional gift.

You can choose from leather, PU, acrylic, PVC, melamine, steel and aluminum to name just a few.

Lightweight aluminum calendar coasters

Some are more suitable than others when it comes to distribution or whether you intend to send them out in singles or sets of four or six. Perhaps the prime consideration is the presentation of the actualcalendar coaster…the number of colors and the method of the imprint.

If you spend some time evaluating the options you may well, like 1000’s of others, arrive at the conclusion that the king of the calendar coasters is the one made of aluminum.

 Jumbo aluminum calendar coasters

The jumbo size of around 6” x 4” provides ample room for a clear and legible calendar and leaves a fair amount of room for advertising. Further, the presentation can be portrait or landscape.

Pre-eminent in the market place is a an aluminum calendar coaster that is sublimation printed and costs no more for a full color print than a straightforward mono job…altogether a prestigious desktop business, advertising and promotional gift.

And it’s ideal as part of a mailing package due to its extreme lightness, in fact, in some catalogues it is billed as a lightweight calendar coaster and, therefore, attracts the lowest possible mailing costs.

You can get an awful lot of calendar coasters onto a lot of desks for a surprisingly low cost and it will sit there doings its job for at least twelve months.

Mailing calendar coasters

It’s easy to test the effectiveness of a calendar coaster; just try a mail campaign with a calendar coaster and one without and see what happens.

Experience proves that the mailing campaign with a calendar coaster is likely to be around 30% more effective than the one without.

The same will probably be true whatever version of coaster you use…but, of course, it all depends on what you want to say to your customers and prospects but you can say it very well with an aluminium calendar coaster.
