Company D
inners

Company dinners, parties, get-togethers and other social functions are a great way to enhance a company message but so often all the arrangements are delegated to an outside caterer and a golden opportunity to promote the company is missed.

If you are involved in organising any company get-together do not miss this chance to reinforce the company goals and existing advertising message…use your own branded promotional goods for impressions that count.

Your visitors’ impressions are fashioned by the image you present for it can be memorable, forgettable or on the worst occasions, embarrassing. However, when carefully and confidently projected it will be a lasting reminder of your product or service.

Here are one or two ways you can do this.

Promotional Napkins

There are high quality napkins in white as well as a large range of colours to complement the company logo and, of course, these should be printed with a  noticeable message. Soft and       absorbent tissues in 2-ply or 3-ply with an attractive border will ensure that the napkins will do their job.

Placemats

Traditional heavy placemats might be a trifle on the expensive side for a one-off company dinner but nevertheless there are inexpensive versions around from 2-ply paper through PVC, aluminium and melamine,

Promotional coasters

The choice here is enormous and you can choose to spend a penny or two paper ones with a crimped edge or just keep on going through the range which includes PVC, melamine, acrylic, soft coasters, gnalvic puzzle coasters, glass, ceramic, slate and aluminium. Not all can be printed full colour although these days modern technology means that there is little difference in price if you go for the technicolour version.

Tablecovers

Rather than use the time-honoured white linen at your company dinner you might consider some printed short life table ware which are water resistant and a good weight for draping.

Promotional mugs

Here is a great opportunity to splash out on a decent mug; china if the budget runs to it or perhaps produce the drinking tumblers in a contemporary frosted glass with a glossy print in any combination of vibrant colours.

Personalised water jugs

Here’s a high visibility product that just asks to be branded whether it’s on the table or at the bar; it’s yet another option to spread the word.

Powerful visual image

Communicating the professionalism of your business is a recipe for growth and advancement. By putting your name and logo on simple straightforward products you achieve a powerful visual image. Whether the products are mugs, coasters, placemats or napkins the actual food and drink will be associated with your company…a point to bear in mind for all company get-togethers and company dinners.
